During construction, brickwork is often contaminated with the mortar residues and general 'building film', subsequently this can often prove difficult to remove and visually very unsightly. Additionally accidents do occur with spillages and rain damage a common occurrence. Vandalism also appears nowadays to be an unavoidable fact of life within the construction industry. 

 

Nevertheless, many offending areas of the brickwork can be successfully remedied and by judicious cleaning, followed by a tinting operation, returned to an acceptable and aesthetically satisfactory condition.
