With the sharp increase in the number of houses being built, many of the housebuilders save time by using prefabricated components, such as Chimneys.

Unfortunately, on this occasion, the builder was under some pressure to complete a Red Brick dwelling, but could not, in a timely manner source a Prefab Red Brick Chimney. The contractor therefore obtained a Buff Coloured one with a similar texture and then arranged for us to tint it several days later; This enabled him to complete his project on time and ultimately satisfy the purchaser.
